Hi List, I have the Work Offline bug in my version 4.0. Beta 1 of Firefox. Can anyone help me with getting rid of it? I went to MozillaZine and got the below information, but I cannot make heads or tails of it. "If you use a PPP connection (dialup or DSL) and Firefox always starts in “Offline” mode, switching this preference to true may fix the problem. Offline/online status changes will not be detected, though." How would I go about switching the preference to true? I am going to check to see if a beta version of FF is on the laptop. If it is, can it be changed to non-beta? Good luck and thanks for your time.
