I looked through the list and could not find any reference to Work Offline being true or false. I also want to clarify that work offline bug was from a previous version of firefox and when I installed FF beta-1, the bug came in also. I have had problems with the WorkOffline bug for a couple of months. I got rid of it once, but when my computer crashed and I reloaded fire fox the bug came back.
