My friend is having trouble with her Microsoft XP computer. She didn't know anything else about it. Her cursor will not move. I've tried to help her but am unable to. I hope that you can help with just that small bit of information. Thanks... Mary

This can be no more than a build up of grime on the rollers of a mouse if it's a ball one. Also cables can break so it might be plugged in fine but the computer can't access it. Batteries go flat on wireless ones too so that's something to be aware of :-) Question is whether the keyboard still works or has that stopped responding too ?
