What exactly is the problem with this PC ? If you are looking to restore *all* drivers then really you are looking at a format / re-install scenario and the attendant saving / reloading data as well as re-installing all software. The manufacturer of the PC will have all the necessary drivers to download but it's worth getting these before you wipe WinXP and save along with your data.
