You may have Ms Works installed from the factory as this is often bundled with Windows - it's not actually part of Windows so if the supplier chose not to have this bundled then you are out of luck in that respect. If you don't have MS Works or not happy with it then there's the free alternative Open Office that you can download and install. Barry, thank you! We have Office '07 but are having great difficulty (as you might have guessed) in learning how to use it. It differs radically from Office '03. Setting up templates to accomodate the type research we do is very hard for both of us. The "built-in" processor of Office '03 was very easy to use. We will download and experiment with your recommendation. As always, we appreciate your time and your help.
