See if that helps. I've also learned that downloading a program doesn't mean it will automatically will work. In Windows 7 you need to go to your 1. documents 2. downloaded 3. click on what you downloaded to 'open it up'. (I also downloaded Firefox 4 & had to 'open it up'.
