I use Windows 7. the service for windows update keeps disappearing for me. I did a system restore and went back to before I updated Adobe acrobat and Firefox 4. Overnight (i stay connected to the internet and just turn off monitor) the update function gets turned off. Right now Firefox 4 is installed but I did not get acrobat update request.
