I am having the same problem. Yesterday I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. Now on some, but not all, searches I get a "can't find page" reply. I know the page is out there someplace. If so then there's a problem with this and Firefox 4 - the two just don't get on well and Norton will need to fix it with an update as it's nothing to do with Firefox itself. Also did you upgrade your existing Firefox or do a clean install ?
