There are probably a couple of reasons you have had this problem, Mandy. Their server may have been busy at the times you checked in. Your firewall may be preventing the download. I updated my Adaware just a while ago, out of curiosity, and it worked ok. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today! Try these sites, Doris, presuming you are talking about templates in MS Word: http://wordprocessing.about.com/cs/quicktips/qt/quicktemplate.htm http://wordprocessing.about.com/od/writertemplates/ And, of course, as you may have discovered, Microsoft have hundreds of templates to download for their various Office programs: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx If you find one in here which is similar to one you may need, you can edit them so that they serve your purpose (I have done that with a number of them). Just remember to "save" your edited version as a template BEFORE you start using it as a document. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today! For starters, make damned sure all of your speaker wires are properly hooked up and you haven't hit the MUTE button. IOW, double-check to make sure the sound is working by listening to something you know is working. I know this is obvious, but I hit the panic button one time only to discover that one of the wires that plugged into the ack of a speaker had been knocked loose. Floreda --- Floreda- It isn't necessary for there to be anything "off color" about the URLs listed in an email to mean that AOL and/or other ISPs are blocking mail that includes that URL -- it merely means that a number of people have reported at least one of the URLs as being spammy or offensive so it is being blocked.
