    3. Yes, my direct mail to her bounced as well. She's now on my personal "someone not to worry about" list. If she is not using Ad-Aware or SpyBot or another ad/spyware program she's stuck with her problem. I am guessing from what I read on the internet that those programs might clean her computer. I'll click on the RW link for removal of my post, Joan, though I had disabled Winn's link in my reply post. 2. I tried to reply to Winnette privately but the message bounced--because Winnette you are rejecting personal emails--and when a list admin tries to reply to you privately they can't do it--that isn't going to work. In any case--I checked both the original message and the reply from Elaine in the archives and both include clickable links that probably are best not being in the archives. I've requested removal of BOTH messages and that means Winn and Elaine will be receiving emails with links in them to click on to confirm and complete the deletion--please do so when you get the emails. Thanks! Joan

    3. I do not have Adaware nor Spybot. The website came up on my find files when I searched for CSARDLL and then checked my temporary internet folder and found it. I have never been to the site with knowledge of it, I don't know how it got on my pc. The only thing I did that morning was check for Microsoft Updates..... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. 3. Phishing is a scam to get you to give up personal information such as credit card numbers. They send out emails that disguise themselves as coming for legitimate sites such as your local bank, paypal, ebay, etc.. 3. Well, I dove in with eyes wide open and clicked on the link... But DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME! Firefox wouldn't let it open and my AV (Zone Alarm) automatically removed a virus it called Win32.BettInet.AE If you look at the URL you will see that it isn't a site anyway but a download and ends in .exe which pretty is a warning not to open unless you know what it is. You might wish to consider removing the message with the link on it from the archives to help prevent others from mistakenly clicking on it. Joan Young can help you with that one. 2. Marilyn Bess
    3. Instead of missing persons, I have people that I can not identify in what I thought was a well documented period in my Carson family. I began my research on my families when I was young. In facts I started gathering names while in High School. My grand parents, parents, aunts and uncles all answered my questions and told me about cousins, family reunions and the likes. However, I was stunned and perplexed when I found three unknown children,Tessie 14, Deuella 10 and Dorothy 6 Crum, listed as grandchildren on the 1910 Van Etten Chemung County in the household of my great-grandmother and her second husband Jesse Cornell. I can not find any of these Crum children either in 1900 or 1920. Hiram D and James C Carson two of her sons by her first marriage to Erastus Carson. Jesse Cornell who was also a brother of my other great grandmother has one son by his first marriage, had one son by his first marriage. Elizabeth has eight children by her first marriage , six sons and tow daughters. The older daughter Martha married a Fitzpatrick. The younger one was Charlotte and she married a Thornton and lives in Cortland County in 1920. However, I can not find her in 1900 or 1910. I can not find these Crum chidlren in anyother census. Any help or suggestion would be greatlyn appreciated. Thank You Marilyn Bess
