hello all........Tom....Rollie.....Marie....... just about 4 weeks behind reading emails.......but just saw this one and got a jolt ! another family member ! yahooie ! Tom.......i am the great-granddaughter to Leanna's brother, DAVIS Sellers. i'm also fortunate to have Davis' original Civil War Discharge from 1865. Davis' son, Lloyd Joseph had a son, Gene Sellers, who was my father. Gene died 4.24.1997. tidbit i just found out recently was my father's REAL name is probably Lloyd Joseph also........i don't think he ever knew that. my son's name is also DAVIS. Rollie has been soooooo gracious and generous to me in the past, sounds like you two have "met" and are sharing information. he's a GREAT guy ! i have so much information to put "together" that he and others have shared with me, so i don't have much to add right now.......none of it's organized. i DO believe tho that Leanna ended up (if i have the correct sister) marrying into the DITTO family after RADER died. there is a website that you can probably find just by searching on google.com for "sellers and ditto" and "rader".....they are all mentioned on a mercer county page.....with tons of intertwined family history done up by some very knowledgeable people. Yes.....you have the right ones married......Leanna to Joseph Rader. You do mention Jacob......but that was her father......DOB/2.25.1825 must belong to Joseph.....not Jacob. i stumbled upon the DITTO information just by accident one day. i would just love to retrieve all that info for you right now but i lost my entire AOL personal filing cabinet on 12.12.2003 along with over 46,000 pieces of email. i do have all the pertinent stuff tho on hard copy but not organized. dang puters !
