I went back to my notes and it was in 1840 Pike County, AL there id a Eldred or Ethelred Sellers born between 1811-1820 and I wonder if he is not a brother to Almon Lewis Sellers since the age would be appropriate. I would say he is a brother or first cousin to Almon. Tx The only Eldred's I know of (at least in this branch of Sellers) are Eldred or Ethelred father of Almon Lewis Sellers (not sure of this Eldred's birth date - "possibly" between 1770/1775) and Edmund Eldred (E.E.) son of Almon Lewis, born 1830.
