My Grandfather had to quit school in the second grade in order to help support the family. He was very depressed about the prices he was getting for his crops, or wasn't getting, I don't know, But He took a shot gun and set down on a stump and used his big toe to pull the trigger. This is the story I was told by my grandfather. Any info about the earlier generations would be much appreciated. > > Susan > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Bill Huggins > To: SELLERS-L@rootsweb.com > Cc: susu3361@msn.com > Sent: Sunday, October 19, 2003 5:19 PM > Subject: Re: [SELLERS] sellers line from South Georgia > > > Susan, > > I have in my data base a Samuel J. Bill, I'm going to Georgia this weekend for a family reunion for my Williamson side, let me ask around about these names and I will let you know something when I return. I know that they are from the Mitchell, Thomas and Colquitt County areas. Both my parents families are from the same area. My Grandfather Sellers came to Plant City Fla. in 1960 which is where I was raised and still live. Thanks for looking into this for me, I will get back to you soon.
