Ferry from Dover,Ky to Levanna,Ohio landed on Ohio bank a mile east of mouth of Straight Creek,which hit the Ohio River oppisite n e Bracken,or Sellers. White Oak Creek hits the Ohio just east of Higginsport, then east a couple miles is the mouth of Straight Creek,then Levanna,and 3rd,Ripley ,Oh at mouth of Red Oak,then a mile to mouth of Eagle Creek. line north from mouth of Eagle was old Adams-Clermont Co,Line. Bracken Co's n e corner must be about across from mouth of Straight Creek. Michael Sellers,and the Burgett's lived up river hill,between White Oak and Straight ,and early Dunn's up Straight. Georgetown is between the 2 creeks. Arnhein hamlet on upper Straight Creek,near where James Kirkpatrick and Mahala Sellers lived. 1860 and 1870 census. [Married 1839 near mouth of Straight Creek.
