She is also buried at what is now the Sellers/Scott cemetery. So I guess he then married the young pretty neighbor...lol. I think you are right about the dates being wrong (57/51) it just didn't add up for me either. The charles and children that you have listed below is the son of Judge and Destie. I think I he also had a daughter named Paulette, but not sure if that was a first or middle name. She was murdered by a boyfriend or something in Forest City, NC.
