You know what's weird is a few years ago Travis and I began a search(nothing compared to what we're doing now)and I could swear that I came across some kind of record that stated that Judge was born to Louiza, Louise or whatever in Yancey or Watauga Co.Unfortunately, I didn't save the record, nor do I remember where I saw it. Looking at the new information, do you think that it maybe a safe assumption that Winny or Winifred is probably Joseph's mother?
