Marie, I agree. I think donations should be used for new tests. If someone specifically wants to pay for a tester´s upgrade and the tester okays it, there is nothing to keep them from doing that. Hi everyone ________________________________ My brother is willing to do the DNA test but does not have the $$$, I can only come up with part of the cost. This might solve my brickwall. All I have for sure is Alexander Sellers, m Mary E. Golliher/Gallager in Scotland Co., Missouri, 26 Sep 1872. Cannot find proof for their parents. Alexander was born Oct 1850, Va (according to 1900 Okla census). His mother was Elizabeth(big help) b 1800 Va. (per 1880, Kansas census. I have found all ten of his children, not all survived childhood. My brother is the only living male Sellers for this line. Our father was the only son that had children. BTW, Alexander and Mary E. were my grandparents. There is a possibility of a connection with a family found in 1860 Illinois census, just nothing coming up as positive proof. Would be nice if we could connect with any of the Virginia Sellers that are proven. Gracie in Okla.
