dcs930: Have you tried looking at your father's birth certificate? It should tell where your grandparents were born. Also, if you get a death certificate for your grandfather John Roger Sellers from the State of Texas in Austin, it should give you information about when and where John Roger was born and hopefully, who his parents were and where they were born. Some death certificates have a lot, some don't have as much because the informant didn't know the information.
