    3. FRUSTRATING, but NOT worthless. HOW many others know his H. = Henderson. ALSO he has an obit and so does his brothers/sisters and kids. TRY and get any. ALSO the local genealogy society saves many records. Kinda slow, but, many are on line now. contact them for family info. Sometimes, it is JUST RIGHT THERE, we haven't found it. 3. Cindy, I see you mention the name Newton in here. Do you have any idea where that might have come from? I assume its a family name. I ask, because my Clairssa Pearson, sister we think to the Micah, used the name Newton. Her oldest son, was named James Micah Newton Sellers. Also, Clarissa Pearson Ward's son, Wilson Lumpkin Ward, my GGrandfather, named his oldest son, Thomas Newton Ward. I have a feeling this is definitely a family name, and have wondered, if it could be someone's maiden name, possibly the Charity Sellers? Any ideas? 3. Chuck, Have reason to believe my ggg grandfather Micah H. Sellers may have had the middle name Henderson. I base this on the fact that his namesake Micah H. Sellers born ca 1860 in Roane Co TN to Newton Micah Sellers and Mary Angelina Phillips (old Micah's son and dil) was noted to have the middle name of Henderson. That's not proof, of course, but it's a clue. Old Micah had a brother John Sellers, and some researchers think he had a son John as well. He married Rachel Deathridge in Roane Co ca 1830. No way for me to link to your John for sure, but thought I'd mention it. This core family descends from James Sellars (17??-1820) of Burke Co NC and his wife Charity. Might be worth looking into. 3. Good Morning Margie, Almon Lewis Sellers father was Ethelred also seen as Eldred Sellers. Almon and Prudence Robbins 1st child born in 1830 in Brunswick NC was Edmon Eldred. He was a Reverend in Coryell County. From what I have been able to find in various documents and from other "cousins" who are researching, there is no proof as to the identity of any siblings of Eldred. The only known and proved sibling of Almon is Rebecca Sellers who married William Boyd. This is very frustrating! Are you related the CW Sellers family? If so how? I am the great-great-granddaughter of Almon and Prudence through their son Solomon Reeves. This genealogy stuff with the Sellers Family is like a big plate of spaghetti. All mixed up and hard to find the lines!
