    2. Jo Ann Whitworth
    3. Can anyone help verify that the Jennie A. Dobbs, born 17 Jan 1876; died 15 Jul 1970; last residence: Altus, Jackson, OK, as found on the US Social Security Death Index, is the same Jennie Sellers who married Thomas M. Dobbs in Hunt County, TX? Thanks in advance, Jo Ann

    3. Gracie, I located the census image you were mentioned earlier for Elizabeth Sellers. The listing for the household began at the very bottom of page 193B with Henry Sellers and continued at the top of page 194A with Elizabeth Sellers (Series: M432, Roll: 974, Page 194). The Elizabeth Sellers and Henry Sellers listed in the household were not married. They were brother and sister. A 3rd sibling, Mary (Sellers) Sowers, was living next door with her husband, Jacob Sowers. Elizabeth was born Nov. 1, 1791, near McGaheysville in Rockingham county, VA, and died there on June 4, 1884, at the age of 92. She is buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McGaheysville. She never married. The 3 mentioned siblings, Elizabeth, Henry, and Mary, were the children of Henry Sellers, Sr., (ca 1766 - June 1843) and Mary Magdalene HEDRICK (? - after 1841). A 4th sibling, John Conrad Sellers (March 11, 1797 - January 19, 1872) was my 3 great grandfather. The final two children were Polly (Sellers) Burner and Anna Persilla (Sellers) Maggard. Of the four daughters, Polly died at the age of 94, Elizabeth at the age of 92, Mary at the age of 94, and Anna Persilla at the age of 89. Hope that helps in some way. 3. Thanks for your thoughts. At 70 this a something I do not want to do again. There are a couple of errors in obit. I graduated from BGSU in June 58. A updated version may be forwarded from the funeral home. Second page of my Obit was not included in their version. All the kids are here. There is no situation I can imagine where one feels so helpless while watching a stroke victim depart. My two oldest girls were with here when she departed. 1. Re: [SELLERS] Daniel B. Sellers Estate, Harrison Co., IN
    2. Marie, Yes, that's why I was saying that I didn't think the children of Keturah Sellers Leedy were related because they were not mentioned as heirs. By the time the will of Daniel B. Sellers was written, Keturah Sellers' husband was already dead and she had remarried to David Leedy. If Marcus D. L. and Barbara Sellers were children of a deceased brother of Daniel's then they would have been mentioned in the probate but they were not. Jim

    2. Marie and Georgia, It's possible that Rachel (Clement) Connell was the daughter of Riley and Melissa (Anderson) Clement mentioned in M. D. L. Sellers' will. So, I believe that M. D. L. 1. [SELLERS] M. D. L. Sellers connection to Hardy Fleet Clement
    2. Marie, Did some checking at the LDS Web site and they had some information on Hardy Fleet Connell. He born June 1891 in Texas, son of William Raleigh (or Riley) and Telitha (Wood) Connell and died 23 Sep 1942. He married Rachel Nelipthia Clement about 1915 who was born in 1894 and died 1968. I believe its through Rachel (Clement) Connell that M. D. L. Sellers is connected, but I'm not sure how. I know there was a Riley and Melissa Clement mentioned in his estate. Jim Sellars
