The "Patriot" side records are kept by state and often county of confiscation. The "Loyalist" records came about because of King George wanting testimony from Loyalists before he would authorize reimbursement and transportation to the "New Land". There was a web site for United Empire Loyalists that listed much of the information you may be seeking. Unfortuantely the Loyalist confiscated property page has been moved and I can no longer find it.
