My maternal great grandfather, Absolam Everett Seaman [b.April 24, 1856 d. December 23, 1940] purchased a mill in 1891 located in Montgomery County, NY. The Mill was rotting away for years until an entrepreneur came in and has rehabilitated the whole site. It is now a bed and breakfast that is on the National Historic Register and the New York State Historical Site list.
