According to Lucy's State of Ohio Death Cert, her parents were a William Barnett & a Mary, looks like Halcum. Lucy 1st married Isaac Bowlin in Clay Co KY on 6 Nov 1896. She had 10 children with Isaac. She divorced Isaac, abt 1920 & then married a William P. Stewart. She was married to William P. Stewart at the time of her death.
