Washington WOODS (1794 NC-1855 Breathitt,KY) Sarah & Washington lived in NC & TN before coming to KY. They lived on White Oak Creek which runs into the North Fork of the KY River just downstream from Frozen Creek.     3. Mary in VA, In the Vaughn/McNeil Cemetery on Bull Run Road in Knox County, there is three Vaughns buried. They are James Vaughn, b. 5-1-1814, d. 6-11-1880; Susan Vaughn, b. 2-11-1822, d. 3-4-1894; John S. Vaughn, b. 8-29-1888, d. 11-11-1888, s/o Mr. & Mrs. T. H. Vaughn. John S. Vaughn was the first one buried in the cemetery. At least he is the first with a readable marker. These Vaughns were supposed to have lived near the cemetery and possibly owned the land where the cemetery is now.
