    3. 46TH ANNUAL PACK-MEDDINGS REUNION To: Family & Friends of Pack-Meddings Families WHEN: Saturday - August 9, 2003 WHERE: Carriage House-Ramada Hotel Paintsville, KY TIME: 12:00 noon - Luncheon Buffet You are cordially invited to attend the 46th Annual Pack-Meddings Reunion to be held at the Ramada Hotel in Paintsville, Kentucky on Saturday, August 9, 2003 @ 12:00 noon. Come early and stay late. Registration tables will be open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. We'd love to see you on Friday night too. Bring the kids and make a whole weekend getaway for you and your loved ones. Be sure not to forget to bring old reunion pictures and albums. Those are always a real treat. If anyone in your family is talented, i.e. singing, dancing, or pickin' please help us provide some entertainment - I'm sure we can provide a great enthusiastic round of applause. Looking forward to seeing all of you there. A Luncheon Buffet will be help at 12:00 noon inside one of the spacious banquet rooms. The cost of the meal will be $11.00 per person for adults and $5.00 for each child 10 and under which includes the tax and gratuity. Children 3 and under eat free. The buffet will include the choice of two entrees, three vegetables, a salad bar, dessert bar, rolls and a beverage. Reservations are not required, but it would be extremely helpful if you could call and let us know an approximate number of adults and children who will be attending as we must give the Carriage House a number. As in the past, the Carriage House is offering a discount on rooms for those who wish to stay overnight or for the weekend. (YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A ROOM TO ATTEND THE REUNION). However, if you do wish to make reservations, the phone numbers are (606) 789-4242 or 1-800-591-4242. To ensure that you will receive the discounted rate, you must inform them that you are a member of the Pack-Meddings reunion group. No other discounts will apply. The discounted room rate is $68.00 plus tax per night. Don't forget to bring your swimsuits. As you know we have had a few cancellations do to illness so have revised our events to take care of the spots. This info came from my mother and my great-grandfather's death certificate. His wife gave the info so I assume she knew what she was talking about. My great grandfather was raised by a Sexton family and was given the name Moses Sexton.
