    3. Media mail is a special classification for mailing books and recordings. It is usually much cheaper than regular mail as it goes by weight only and does not consider the zip code of the destination. It is supposed to take a little longer but I have used it a lot over the years and it is not much different in that respect. It also is subject to inspection to confirm that it is in fact media. Looking for parents of my Nancy (Robbins) Smith born June 1860 who married James Clark Smith (b. 1846) in Bell and lived in Yellow Creek, Bell, KY (circa 1900) with her children Wiley W, Mary Margaret (1890) and Minnie M.  There are many Nancy Robbinses and none appear to be mine, though, I’m not certain even about the Robbins part.  Got that “Robbins” last name from a “Miracle Family Tree.”  Nancy is my 3 greats-grandma.  Thank you!
