I was thrilled to find the person I was looking for at Daneville School under district 9 in 1891, but he is not there in 1890 or 1892. Then I looked at the other districts and Daneville School is also present under other districts. I thought a district was an area covering certain schools, but it seems that is not the case. Do the districts cover a certain age or what differentiates one district from another? Thanks.
