Surnames: Ojala Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wdB.2ACE/315.2 Message Board Post: My father's half-brother, Carl (Karl) Ivar Ojala (b. 26 Mar 1890), a WW I Vet, died in South Dakota in about 1971. We believe he had spent much of his life in Veterans Homes, all in South Dakota. Carl's brother John Evert Ojala may also have lived in South Dakota near the end of his life, but we have no records on John (b. 5 Jan 1883). I would like to find out if they had any family members (wife, children) in South Dakota, and any other details of their life in S.D.
