Hi Steve & Genelle, The burial took place in 1901 & the funeral service was held in the home. I will try the Pennington County, early, early & maybe they will look for death permit Do you know if the J. A. Behrens Mortuary is still in business? The reason that I asked for non-certified is because some states allow those deaths over 50 yrs old to be copied for a nonimal fee (oregon 25 cents) Thanks for your help. Janet
