Elmer b:1862 in IA, Anna (Stine)b:1881 in Jones Co., IA, married Nov 1898 in Jones Co., IA. An obit for Anna's brother in 1945 Cedar Rapids Iowa Gazette indicated the Websters were in Rapid City at that time. Do not know if any children existed at that time.
