The book was written about her father. I think it may now be out of print, but you might be able to get a copy at a used bookseller. You can also view a picture of the book cover at www.writingsources.com/about.html Hope this will help. Lorraine

Surnames: LEMLEY, DANS Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wdB.2ACE/348 Message Board Post: I am looking for information about Peter Lemley, b: 1869 in Iowa. By the early 20th century, he was in Pennington Co, SD; land records show a series of land purchases between 1909 and 1921. He died in Creston sometime before 1930. Based on the information that I have found so far, Peter may have married twice and had a total of 4 children. If anyone could provide data on any of these individuals, I would appreciate it: Peter Lemley and Traci Josephine Dans had a son - Raymond Ellis Lemley born in 1902 in Pennington Co. Peter's other children were Chauncey, Peter and Margaret. The 1920 census shows Peter with a wife named Grace. She may have been the mother of Chauncey and Margaret but I'm not sure about that. I do not know her maiden name. Can anyone provide additional information about Peter or his children? Thanks.
