The address is: SD State Penitentary, 1600 North Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. The name of McGill is not familiar to me but we do have a good share of Irish people in this community. Many are from Montrose, SD which is about 35 miles West of Sioux Falls on I-90. There are two McGill's in the phone book. Gregory on Pam Road and Pam on W Pine Meadow Place.
