Visitation will be 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Hartquist Funeral Chapel in Pipestone, and continues at 7 p.m. at the church. A prayer service and rosary begins at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. She was born April 11, 1913, to Charles and Margaret (Peter) Grubich, on the family farm in Lincoln County, Minn. She married Herbert "Bert" Kinney on Aug. 7, 1933, in Lake Benton, Minn. Following their marriage, they farmed in Pipestone County. They moved to Pipestone in 1972. In 1973, they moved into Nokomis Apartments. Her husband died Jan. 15, 1987. She was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, where she was active in Catholic Daughters for many years. She was also active at the Pipestone Senior Citizens Center. Her survivors include her three daughters: Anastasia "Stacy" Miller of Woodbury, Minn., Cecilia Meyer of Marion, Ill. and Ruth Ann Greathouse of Camanche, Iowa 11 grandchildren 25 great-grandchildren six great-great-grandchildren two brothers: Leo Brubich of Denver and Charles Grubich of St. Paul and two sisters: Agnes Kinney of Dewitt, Iowa, and Florence Cahill of St. Louis Park, Minn. Funeral services begin at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Leo Catholic Church in Pipestone. Burial will be in St. Genevieve Catholic Cemetery in Lake Benton, Minn. Visitation is 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hartquist Funeral Chapel in Pipestone. Visitation will resume at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church in Pipestone.
