He died in 1928. She married Fred Lindemann on June 17, 1930, and he died in 1963. Survivors include four stepsons, Ervin, Ethan; Arnold, Westminster, Calif.; Walter and Aruthur, both of Parkston; four daughters, Mrs. Stella Mogck, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Elta Nickles, La Habra, Calif.; Mrs. Verna Kain, Riverside, Calif., and Mrs. Delores Brunken, Tripp; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Linda Thurman, Sioux Falls, and Mrs. Leona Martin, Milbank; 29 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Gottlieb and Sam, both of Tripp; Carl, Scottsbluff, Neb., and Ruben, Aberdeen ; six sisters, Mrs. Anna Fink, Delmont; Mrs. Martha Leick, Lincoln, Neb.; Mrs. Magdalene Hins, Mrs. Ernestine Hins, Mrs. Johanna Schneider, and Amanda Brost, all of Mitchell. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the American Lutheran Church. Petrik Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements arrangements (Argus Leader, 17 Feb 1978).
