[Lorraine _ PHILLIPS, remarried?] They were near Mark FLETCHER, 44, NH. In Felix, Grundy, IL: PEART, Thomas, 46, farmer; wf. Jane, 40, they & parents all b. England; ch. b. IL: Emma, 17; John, 14; James, 11; Elizabeth, 7; & Maud, 3. SD Births site has one dau/o Foster James PHILLIPS & Jane PEART: Viola Agnes, b. 15 Jan. 1899, Moody Co. [Mother = Elizabeth Jane?] Social Security Death Index has Viola A. WATTERS (15 Jan. 1899 - 1 Aug. 1990) SSN issued MN. Birth date matches exactly, so you could check whether this is the same person. I don't see anything on FREAT, but FamilySearch has a Marje FRIOT or FREEHOUT, b. 1764, NY--take your pick, Rensselaer or Schoharie Co. Index to 1790 Census, NY, has no FREAT, FRIOT or FREEHOUT, but it has FREE, FREEST, FREET, FREETS, & FREETTS. That's in line to have the fifty spellings some other surnames have accumulated!
