I have some info on them - the children of Abraham and Minnie, All of those children have passed away since they were born in the late 1880s and 1890s. Some of those generations children lived in California, died there but were buried in Webster, Day County SD. Even the 3rd generation, those born in the 1912-1920 have passed away. There is a James Hinze, son of Don Hinze who was the son of Frances Robb Hinze (dau of Minnie) but I have no address for him for sure. His father don D Hinze passed in 2007 in CA. His wife's name was Nancy. James has a sister - Carol, but I have nothing on her either. Do you have any other information, if so if you could send that it might give me more to go on.. The youngest son of Minnie - John Leslie Robb had 4 children born 1929-1939, so there could be possible leads there and I would be glad to look further if you like. Just let me know.Sincerely,Jan SchneiderPS - where do you live? I am in the ! Minneapolis, MN area. ____________________________________________________________ The #1 Worst Carb Ever? 1. Re: [SDDAY] Information wanted
    2. Thanks, Jan. I don't have a lot of information on them. I haven't had a chance to research them thoroughly yet. I did see that a Debra Robb of MN had them listed in her family tree. I've recently found several living second cousins from sisters of Minnie and it's been lots of fun to get acquainted and exchange information so I thought relatives of Minnie, since she was the oldest of James R. Maxwell's children, might have even more family information. I live in Oak Harbor, Washington. Author: amjstudio Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.southdakota.counties.day/207.1.2.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I have an old family cookbook that spells the name Cassin, but perhaps it is a typo... I show that Aloysius Lynch married Marion Genevieve Cassin on October 4, 1917. They lived on the Lynch homestead most of their married life and had 10 children. They moved into Lily in 1945. Al died in 1968, and Marion died in 1981 or 82 (need to verify) at a nursing home in Bristol, SD. Their 10 children are: 1. Kathleen "Kelly", who married Marcus Anderson in Bristol, SD; both are passed away. 2. Loretta, who married Walter Trygstad in Lily, SD; both are passed away. 3. Margaret, who married Richard Erdmann in Mobridge, SD; both are passed away. 4. Mary, who married Skip Venters in Denver, CO; both are passed away. 5. James Allen (my father) married Marilyn Reeder in Denver, CO; my father passed away in 2005. 6. Arthur, who married Alice Anderson and farmed in Lily; both live in assisted living in Watertown after retiring to Clark, SD, for many years. 7. Theresa, who married Bob Schuring of Andover, SD; both still living and Trea just celebrated her 85th birthday last week. 8. Veronica, who married Carroll Herr and lived in Lily; both are passed away. 9. Maxine, married Buzzy Blair of Webster, then lived in Salinas, CA; Buzzy passed away in October and Maxine is still living in Salinas. 10. Jerome "Jerry", who married Caroline in Denver, CO, then moved to Las Vegas, NV. Caroline is passed, but Jerry just celebrated his 80th birthday in January. There is another family member, Lynn Heminger, who is doing a family tree. Would it be okay if I shared your email with him and asked him to contact you? He might be able to fill in some history on Marion's family. I remember meeting her one sister, Kathleen Bonnin, who lived in Minneapolis/St. Paul her whole married life, but she never had children. She was a hatmaker. I live in the Denver area. I married Andrew Johnston in 1994, and we have three children - Alec (14), Molly(10) and Elizabeth(9). Please contact me at [email protected] I am also on Facebook as Kara Lynch Johnston if you want to friend me. Thank you!!!!!
