I made a brief inquiry in a phone call about something else at the clerk's office in Pennington County and the woman on the phone said only people named in the will could get a copy of it. That sounds loopy to me, as the will I was seeking in that county would have been from 1881 for my g-g-grandfather! I am now looking for a will in Custer County from 1925.
