    3. "The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 25, No 25, p 99, June 17, 1869. In Edgerton, Wis., May 30th, 1869, of disease of the heart, Mrs. Harriet Crandall, wife of John T. Crandall, aged 62 years. Sister C. was born at Leonardsville, N. Y., where in early life she professed religion and united with the 1st Seventh-day Baptist Church of Brookfield. After her marriage, she became a member of the second sister church in that town, and upon their removal West, she joined the Seventh-day Baptist church in Christiana, Wis., of which she remained a worthy member until death. Her religion was of the heart, deep and thorough; it was exemplified as a ruling power over and support in her life and death. "The righteous has hope in his death." J.
