"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 36, No 21, p 21, May 20, 1880. In Petersburgh, N. Y., May 4th, 1880, of fever, following the measles, Florance Celestine, wife of Eugene Maxson, and daughter of Schuyler and Patty Green, in the 33d year of her age. The deceased was a member of the Seventh-day Baptist Church of Berlin, N. Y., but for some time had enjoyed but few church privileges. But little warning was given of the great change that awaited her; she fell asleep to know no awakening here on earth. She left a husband and two children, with a large circle of relatives, to mourn their loss, but with them she also left the hope that to her the change of condition was a great gain. B. F.
