"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 50, No 2, p 32, Jan. 11, 1894. Mary Ann Bevin Maxson was born in Connecticut May 9, 1819, and died at North Loup, Neb. Dec. 22, 1893. Sister Maxson experienced a hope in Christ in early life. On June 7, 1843, she was married to John R. Maxson. For more than fifty years they have walked life's path together, mutually sharing its joys and sorrows. She leaves a husband in the decline of life, four sons and two daughters to mourn the loss of a true and loving companion; a kind and gentle mother.
