"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 43, No 14, p 5, Apr. 7, 1887. In Janesville, Wis., March 21, 1887, Mrs. Gertrude Spencer Crandall, aged 43 years, wife of Eugene Crandall. In her sudden death Bro. Crandall is left without a companion, with two little girls in his care, one three years old, the other but three days old. The remains were brought to Milton Junction for burial, and funeral services were held in the Seventh day Baptist church, where a large congregation assembled, and a sermon was preached by Eld.
