Still looking for any connections to U.C. Carroll b. in York District in 1859 , parents were Charles and Nancy CARROLL . Died 1953 in RockHill, SC. Married to Etta REDD, d. 1933. showing on her death certificate are parents , J.C. REDD and Angeline REDD. They lived mostly in RockHill and both died there. They are buried in unmarked graves in LaurelWood cemetery there. Had four children: William W. -lived in Reading, Pa. for awhile, in the 1920' s and/or 1930's. James H. - lived in Charleston, d. 1950 ,married twice, first marriage to Viola, of Brooklyn, Ny. two children-Doris CARROLL and James H. CARROLL Jr. Marie Ethel Gertrude CARROL-( my line. )d. 1934 in Phila. Pa. U. C. CARROLL Jr. may have died in the early 1950's in Charleston, SC. All four above born in the 1890's. U.C.
