It seems like every three or four months a story like this seems to show up. It is no question that the mother of this child (the child is almost 18 years now) is very distressed over this situation. She has my sympathy over what has happened and what is going on now. However, I am only hearing her side of the story and I can not pass judgement on the laws or courts that allowed this situation to become what it is today.
