I find that in almost all cases, when I use a full URL such as: http://www.yorkcounty.org/historycenter/siteguide.html (provided by a list I am subscribed to) I get the message: "UNSUPPORTED WEB VERSION This Web page could not be opened. This page was created using pre-HTTP/1.0 specifications, which are not supported by this Internet online service. Please contact the owner of this Web page for more information." However, in most cases, if I shorten the URL, in this case to: http://www.yorkcounty.org/historycenter/ or to http://www.yorkcounty.org I get the site. What is happening?
