The Barron information that I have shows a copy of a will of J. Leroy Barron leaving, among others, to son In Alexander A. Barron, who lived at the "old house place". Profit from cultivation of this land for 1874 would go one-half to the estate and one half to Alexander A. Barron. In 1876 his son Alexander A. Akin should pay the estate in the sum of eight hundred dollars. J. Leroy knew he only had a short time to live and died 17 days after the writing of the will. His wife at time of his death was Mary Susan Wallace. His first wife was Violet Amanda Barnett. Alexander Archibald was the son of wife number one. I have some more on this Alexande but he stayed in South Carolina. Give me some of your other names to look for and I will try to check them out. Mary E.
