Cecil, Robert Stephenson b. 1755;died York County,SC. married Jane Barron b. 13 Nov.1767-died 30 Nov 1841. Jane Barron was the daughter of Capt. John Barron his wife Margaret Meek. Jane's eldest brother was Alexander Barron(c.1750-1816) who married Elizabeth Liddell. Robert and Jane Barron had a daughter,Dorcas b 1790 who married her first cousin,John Barron. After the death of Robert Stephenson,Jane Barron married James Hope Jr. I don't know if their is a relationship between these Barrons and your Barrons. Tom Stephenson
