I bought the book in 1987 from John I. Barron, 5 Broad Street, York, SC 29745. I don't know if he is still there or not, but they could possibly have a book left. At the time he had found seven. I just read his note to me. He had an added index done by Ann McCartney. If you can't find the book, I'll try to send you information you want. Just send me some names and dates.
