J.C., I was thinking about your Murphy.I don't know if this will help or not but our Kidd line married into Murphy's. These Murphy's lived in North Chester Co. When our Kidd and Murphy line married they went into York Co. and lived in south county around Fishing Creek. There were also other Murphy's who resided in the early days in Tryon Co. NC which later took in most of York and close to Chester... I have some information on Murphys I can scan for you if you want it. C.M.
