I show that Mary Faries/Farris born abt. 1810 (she had a sister, Jane H. Faries, born May 19, 1809) was the daughter of Moses Faries of Ireland b. abt. 1780 and died in a swimming accident in Illinois in July of 1812. Moses' father was indeed the Robert Faries of York County, Born in Ireland abt. 1734. I have siblings listed for Mary as: John B.Faries (b..1800), Edwin Theodore Faries (b.1802), Robert Miller Faries (b. 1804), Moses Templeton Faries (b. 1806), and of course, her sister I mentioned above, Jane (b. 1809). Do any of these names ring a bell. Please e-mail me if they do. Any Farris/Faries replies very welcome. Judi
