I haven't found very much thru ancestry.com. In 1810 census, there is a James, JR and SR along with others Betsy, Elias, another James, Jean, John, Joseph and McCaslan who might be a relatives. In 1820, there is a James Wallis (many changed to Wallace), Jesse, Joseph Robert and William Wallis (Wallace). You might also search Chester, SC census as many moved back and forth between these two townships. You might also try the York newspapers for that date/period of time for birth announcements. The York library might be helpful with the newspaper info. The problem is that so many had the same names, it is almost impossible to track some of them down. We are having great difficulty. We can find our grandparents and cousins back in the late 1800's , but having a terrible time trying to find the great grandparents. We've been at it for about 5 years. Good luck.
